We work with long-standing hardwood and pine suppliers to secure the best raw materials and process them using state-of-the-art sawmill and cut-up line equipment. Each board passes through multiple inspection points—from the trim saw and gang saw to our automated nailing machines—so only the strongest components make it into our pallets.
