Our Pallet Manufacturing Process Sets Us Apart

At Shade, our pallet manufacturing quality starts at the source. We work with long-standing hardwood and pine suppliers to secure the best raw materials and process them using state-of-the-art sawmill and cut-up line equipment. Each board passes through multiple inspection points—from the trim saw and gang saw to our automated nailing machines—so only the strongest components make it into our pallets.

Our experienced team takes pride in every product that leaves our yard. Whether we’re building a custom block pallet or producing pallet stock at scale, we’re committed to producing manufactured lumber that stands up to the demands of modern supply chains.

Pallet Manufacturing – Designed With You In Mind

We don’t just create and deliver pallets—we solve operational problems. Whether it’s designing a cost-effective pallet using PDS software, managing moisture through proper airflow and mold prevention, or offering just-in-time pallet delivery and on-site drop trailer programs, we work hard to be a strategic partner, not just a vendor.

Our customers trust us because we show up, we communicate clearly, and we consistently deliver the quality they expect.
